Information you choose to provide
The inquiry form asks for your name, email address, optional phone number, a short message and acknowledgment of the inquiry notice. When the form is enabled, the information is sent to the firm so the office can review and respond to your inquiry. Do not submit confidential or sensitive information.
Website services
The website does not include advertising trackers or analytics in this version. The hosting provider may maintain technical access and error logs. The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to help prevent automated abuse; that service may process browser, device and network information. Basic abuse protection stores a keyed, hashed network identifier and request counters on the server, with old records removed during subsequent form activity once they are more than 48 hours old. It does not store your message in the rate-limit record.
The site includes the firm’s EqualWeb accessibility widget, which loads resources from EqualWeb. External services have their own privacy practices. Learn more from Cloudflare and EqualWeb.
Communications and retention
Inquiries are transmitted through the configured email provider to the firm. Website messages are not a secure channel for sensitive documents. Copies may remain in email systems and hosting or provider logs. Contact the office with questions about retention, correction or deletion of information you have provided; applicable obligations may affect how a request can be handled.
Payments and external links
Online payments take place on LawPay’s website. This website does not collect payment card details. The contact page also embeds Google Maps. When the map loads, Google may receive network and browser information, including your IP address. Map links open Google Maps. Review Google’s privacy policy and the other providers’ notices before using their services.
